Dr Gog Soon Joo
is the Group Director, Training Partners Group and Chief Research Officer at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). She has more than ten years of experience in workforce development at national level. The INNOVATION LEARNING 2020 (IN.LEARN 2020), which was launched in October 2015 by WDA aims to drive learning innovation in continuing education and training (CET) to meet the dynamic learning needs of enterprises and individuals.
Dr Ashley Tan
is currently an independent Education and Technology Consultant and previously held the appointment as Head of the Centre for e-Learning (CeL) at National Institute of Education, Singapore for 4 years. His services include the systemic planning and local implementation of flipped learning, video game-based learning, ICT-enabled systemic change, technology-mediated pedagogies, social media-based learning, and mobile learning.
is a learning strategist and her work and studies have focused on how best to help people learn and develop to achieve their purpose. This has been her career, hobby and passion for more than 27 years and as a result, has developed her highly successful Syzygy® Approach. It ensures teams are self-directed and continually improve their own performance. Successful application of Syzygy! ranges from adoption within community, educational, government and corporate organisations.
Mr Victor Goh
is currently the Director of Social Service Institute, part of the Human Capital Development Group of National Council of Social Service. He has over 25 years of experience in areas such as business development, corporate governance, entrepreneurship, HR and Training in various industries as well as the Public Sector. He was part of the business transformation team in WDA, a public organisation, and was involved in establishing the strategic long-term planning capability initiative. Mr Goh was instrumental in conceptualising the Individual Learning Portfolio, a national one-stop online portal to help citizens make informed choices on jobs and training opportunities.
Mr Fermin Diez
As a consultant he has advised major multinationals, large local companies and public sector organisations at the Board and C-Suite levels. As an Human Resources leader, he has been Regional Head of HR for two large MNCs in Asia Pacific and in Latin America. Fermin is also currently an Adjunct Professor at both Singapore Management University (SMU) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
